1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Use govern access to the NEET Rank Booster website and web application at vivekos.com. The service is operated by Rupesh Yadav from BHU, Lanka, Varanasi. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Effective date: 28 August 2026.
If you are under 18, use the service only with the permission and involvement of a parent or lawful guardian. You must provide information that is accurate enough for your account to work and keep your sign-in details secure.
2. What the service provides
NEET Rank Booster is an independent study workspace. Depending on availability, it provides NCERT Chat with Asking mode and Reading mode, NCERT and NCERT Plus context, available NCERT books and chapters, Study Shelf reading, available PDFs and downloads, NEET previous-year-question browsing and practice, question generation, Question Bank practice, Notes, and Preparation Intelligence features such as Today, Weakness Lab, Study Planner, Progress Center, Learning DNA, and a knowledge map.
A feature, book, chapter, paper, download, model, or provider may be unavailable, changed, delayed, or limited by source availability, capacity, safety checks, maintenance, or account state.
3. Educational and AI limitations
The service is a study aid, not a substitute for official examination notices, the official syllabus, NCERT material, a teacher, a doctor, a counsellor, or other professional advice. Explanations, summaries, recommendations, practice questions, answers, and Preparation Intelligence outputs can contain mistakes or omissions.
You are responsible for checking important information and deciding how to use it. The service does not promise marks, rank, admission, selection, improvement percentages, completeness, uninterrupted availability, or any particular examination result.
4. Sources, PYQs, and generated questions
Where the product identifies an official or available source, that label describes the source used by the product and not an endorsement by NTA, NCERT, or another institution. Source availability, formatting, and download permissions may change.
Official NEET previous-year questions, Question Bank questions, NCERT-focused practice, and Fresh AI questions are different categories. A Fresh AI question is generated by the product and is not an official NEET previous-year question. Do not present downloaded or generated material as official material unless the source itself supports that claim.
NCERT, NTA, examination papers, and other third-party names and content belong to their respective owners. NEET Rank Booster is not affiliated with NTA, NCERT, or any coaching institute.
5. Your account and content
You remain responsible for the questions, Notes, files, feedback, and other material that you submit. You must have the right to submit it and must not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, private, or malicious material.
You keep your rights in your submitted content. You give NEET Rank Booster a limited permission to host, store, reproduce, transmit, scan, and process that content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the requested service, including sending the relevant input to a configured AI provider when a feature requires it.
Do not share account access, signed private-file links, authentication codes, or another person’s personal information.
6. Acceptable use
You may use the service for lawful personal study and related educational activity. You must not probe or bypass authentication, access another person’s account or data, scrape or overload the service, interfere with workers or queues, upload malware, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, use automated access that harms availability, or use outputs to facilitate cheating, fraud, harassment, or unlawful conduct.
You must not claim that NEET Rank Booster is an official NTA or NCERT service, claim that generated questions are official PYQs, or use the product to create misleading outcome or affiliation claims.
7. Availability, changes, and support
We may add, remove, pause, limit, or change features and source availability. We may perform maintenance, rate-limit requests, or delay processing to protect reliability, safety, or fair access. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or that an AI request will complete.
For product questions, bugs, content concerns, accessibility issues, or account requests, email [SENSITIVE]. Include the relevant page and what happened, but never send a password or authentication code.
8. Suspension and account closure
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, breach of these Terms, prolonged inactivity, or protection of the service and its users. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Account closure does not automatically remove information that must be retained for security, legal, fraud-prevention, dispute, or backup purposes. The Privacy Policy explains how to request deletion of personal information.
9. Intellectual property
The NEET Rank Booster software, branding, public-page design, original product text, and service features are owned by or licensed to the service operator. These Terms do not transfer that ownership to you. You may not copy, sell, repackage, or commercially exploit protected product material except as allowed by law or written permission.
Third-party source material remains subject to its own ownership, licence, and use restrictions.
10. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an as-available basis and without a promise that it will be error-free, complete, secure, or suitable for every study decision. AI-generated output is not a guarantee of correctness or a professional recommendation.
You are responsible for your account activity, submitted content, study decisions, verification of important information, and compliance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires a different form of notice or consent.
